Ingredients

150g oats
-
250ml oat milk
-
1 grated carrot
-
40g sultanas
-
Sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger

1tsp baking powder
-
1 egg
-
1tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
-
Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
-
Natural yogurt
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
Grease a ramekin and pour the mixture in
Bake in the air-fryer at 170 for 30 minutes
Cut into 4 slices and serve how you like
Serve mine with natural yoghurt and Hilltop Maple syrup
