Add a touch of sweetness to your table with our Golden Honey-Glazed Ham – perfectly caramelised, irresistibly tender, and sure to delight every guest.

Ingredients

1.2kg ham

Bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns
Sauce:
-
3 tbsp light brown sugar
-
4 tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey

1 tsp cloves
-
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Directions
Cover the ham with water and simmer for 20 mins per 450g. Remove from the water and allow to cool slightly while you make your sauce
Bring all the sauce ingredients to a simmer other than the honey. Take off the heat and stir in your Blossom honey.
Cut the fat off the ham then score in a diamond pattern. Pour half of the sauce over the top and pop into your air fryer for 20 minutes.
Brush over more sauce, then back in for another 10 minutes. Remove and either eat immediately or leave to cool and slice
