Golden Maple & Cinnamon Pancakes

Start your day with a touch of sweetness – these Golden Maple & Cinnamon Pancakes are a warm, fluffy treat bursting with cosy flavours!

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour (you can also use oat)

1 scoop of protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 egg
-
1 tbsp yoghurt (natural or vanilla preferably)

Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup (for topping but can also be used to sweeten the pancakes )
Directions
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Then, add the liquid ingredients. combine until you get a soft batter.
Grease a frying pan at medium heat with a bit of butter and make the pancakes. let them cook on one side and then flip. repeat the process until you’ve used all the batter.
Top your pancakes with some maple syrup, a bit of yoghurt, and pumpkin seeds if you have available.
