A divine blend of chewy dates, sweet honey, crunchy nuts, and rich chocolate – a treat that's pure bliss in every bite!

Heavenly Date & Nut Bark

Ingredients

  • 250g pitted dates

  • 3 tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey 

  • 5 tbsp peanut butter

  • 5 tbsp natural yoghurt 

  • 150g dark chocolate, melted 

  • Pinch of Salt 

  • Sprinkle of chopped nuts 

Directions

  1. Split the dates down the middle, open them out and place them onto a piece of parchment, arranging the split dates as a rectangle.

  2. Spread the peanut butter over the top of they layer of dates, then top with a layer of yoghurt.

  3. Drizzle over our honey and sprinkle over a handful of mixed chopped nuts.

  4. Pour over your melted chocolate and spread to cover, then add a little pinch of salt.

  5. Pop into the freezer for 4 hours until set, then enjoy.
