Ingredients

200g oats

5 tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

3 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp mixed seeds

120g dried fruit and nut mix
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, stir everything together, then press into a lined baking tray.
Pop into the oven for 12-15 minutes until it just starts to turn golden at the edges.
Leave to cool before slicing.
