Sweet & Spicy Feta Pasta

Plain pasta for your tea might be on the boring side, so why not spicy things up? This pasta dish featuring our insanely delicious Hot Honey & a generous sprinkle of crumbly feta, will be your new favourite dish.

Ingredients

2 peppers, sliced

½ lemon juice only

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 red onion, sliced

1 tsp dried oregano

250g cherry tomatoes

1 pack of feta
-
1 tbsp harissa
-
Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp Hilltop Hot Honey

200g rigatoni
Directions
Put everything other than the rigatoni into an oven dish and give it a mix. Pop into the oven (180) for 15 minutes until golden.
While cooking, drain your pasta in salted boiling water, and reserve one mug of pasta water.
Mash the feta into the other ingredients with a fork, then stir in your cooked pasta and some reserved pasta water.
Keep stirring and adding pasta water until the sauce becomes lovely and thick.
Top with fresh basil, parmesan and another drizzle of our hot honey for an extra little kick.
